Keuka College has once again earned recognition from U.S. News & World Report in its annual rankings of the nation’s best colleges and universities. In the 2025 edition, the College rose to No. 128 among Best Regional Universities in the North (up from No. 139 in 2024) and advanced significantly in Top Performers on Social Mobility, ranking No. 76 (up from No. 109 last year).
The social mobility list highlights colleges that excel in enrolling and graduating students who receive federal Pell Grants, awarded to students from lower-income families.
“Keuka College has long been committed to creating pathways for students of all backgrounds to achieve a transformative college education,” said Vice President for Enrollment Management Pete Bekisz. “These rankings affirm the importance of our goal to open doors for Pell Grant-eligible students, providing not only access to higher education, but also the tools, mentorship, and career experiences that lead to lifelong success.”
President Amy Storey said the rankings recognize the College’s successful efforts to prepare graduates for meaningful, rewarding careers.
“At Keuka College, the most important thing we do is expand our graduates’ economic mobility. When our students succeed, they lift their families and strengthen their communities, creating generational change that lasts far beyond their time on campus.”
In addition to its strong performance in U.S. News & World Report, Keuka College also earned recognition this fall from Washington Monthly magazine, which included the College among its Best Bang for the Buck Colleges in the Northeast and in its notable Master’s Universities category.
Both national publications assess factors such as graduation rates, affordability, post-graduate outcomes, and service to the community.
